We would like to inform all YARE 2021 participants that the event will comply with the official government guidelines based on the current situation and the organizer will put in place all measures and protocols to avoid any risk related to Covid 19.
To access all locations, including lunch and dinner sites, a valid version of the EU covid certificate, either a Green Pass or another version from your country of origin will be mandatory. Visitors will have their temperature checked before accessing Il Principino congress center. On the first day of the event, October 21st – early morning, a sanitary hot spot will be arranged near the entrance (7.30-8.30 am) to allow for rapid tests to those in need.
For all indoor activities, you will be required to wear a face mask and all venues will be set up in order to respect adequate social distancing and maximum occupancy per room. The Organizer will provide sanitizers as well as disposable face masks.
