YARE – Yachting Aftersales & Refit Experience – returns from 11 to 13 March 2026 for its 16th edition, confirming its role as a leading international event for the superyacht refit and service sector.
For over fifteen years, in the heart of the Tuscan nautical district, YARE has brought together captains, yacht managers, shipyards, and specialized companies in a unique format designed for targeted meetings and real business opportunities.
Since its inception, YARE has followed a simple principle: no stands, no pavilions, no distractions. Only efficiency, direct dialogue, and tailored meetings. This is the 2026 concept: “Zero stand. 100% efficiency. The YARE way” – a model that has made YARE one of the most effective international business environments for the refit & aftersales sector.
The first 15 editions speak for themselves: over 1,600 captains involved, more than 2,000 companies participating, around 450 agreements concluded within six months after each edition, and a stable community of 650+ professionals annually, with a reconfirmation rate above 70%.
The 2026 programme
The edition opens with captains’ arrivals and the District Tour, a guided visit to shipyards, companies, and technology centers across the Tuscan nautical district, showcasing the expertise and production processes that make the region a Mediterranean hub for refit activities.
The International Captains Forum follows, featuring panels, technical discussions, and expert insights on the superyacht market, supply chain trends, sustainability, AI, technological innovation, and daily operational challenges. Workshops will allow hands-on discussions of real cases and sector issues.
Central to YARE remains the Meet the Captains B2C format: via a dedicated digital platform and official app, each company receives a personalized agenda of 15 one-to-one meetings with captains selected by NAVIGO according to technical profiles and operational needs – a system proven to build strong relationships and business opportunities.
The Passerelle Pitch also returns, giving companies a stage to present innovative solutions and next-generation projects directly to attending captains.
This edition strengthens the focus on emerging international markets and large units with scheduled refits, with an even more selective captain lineup. Content emphasizes sustainability, supply chain dynamics, digitalization, AI, and aftersales management, while the programme increasingly prioritizes practical expertise and operational know-how.
