Participation Commitment

The professional and yacht information provided in this application must be accurate, complete and up to date.

If selected, Participants are expected to attend the full YARE programme and actively take part in the scheduled activities, including B2C meetings, networking opportunities, the Captains’ Forum, workshops and official events. Participants must promptly inform the YARE Team of any change in their professional position, yacht assignment or availability before the Event.

YARE is a professional industry event intended to encourage business exchange, networking and knowledge sharing. It is not intended as a job-search opportunity.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Selected Participants are hosted by YARE on the basis of their confirmed commitment to attend the official programme. Following confirmation of participation, YARE may incur travel, accommodation and organisational costs on behalf of the Participant. If, after confirming participation, a Participant becomes unable to attend, they must notify the YARE Team in writing as soon as possible. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show without documented and reasonable justification, the Organiser reserves the right to request reimbursement of any non-refundable travel, accommodation or other participation costs already incurred on behalf of the Participant. The Organiser also reserves the right to take such circumstances into account when considering applications for future YARE editions.
