Event Participants

The YARE Basic Participation Package includes up to two Event Participants per Registered Company.
Additional Participants may only be registered if purchased separately as Extra Participants.
Please note that all the event-related information, including programme updates, matching information, reserved area access credentials and organisational communications, will be sent to one designated contact only. They will not be sent simultaneously to multiple contacts.
Each registered company will receive one set of login credentials for the YARE App. The same credentials may be managed by the designated contact and used by the registered Event Participants of the same company. Separate login credentials will not be issued for individual Participants.

By default, Event Participant #1 will be the designated contact.
If you prefer these communications to be sent to another person who will not physically attend YARE but who will act as an administrative contact on behalf of the Event Participants, please complete the “Event Contact Person” section below. In this case, all communications will be sent to the Event Contact Person instead of Event Participant #1.

All prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT, where applicable, will be calculated at Order Summary.

The package includes participation for up to 2 representatives from each company. You can add extra participants in the section below.

Extra Participants

800€ Per person

Two Participants are already included in the YARE Basic Participation Package.
Select the number of additional Participants only if you would like to register more than two people from your company. Extra Participants may attend the general YARE activities but are not entitled to participate in the B2C “Meet the Captains” sessions.
